Get in the driving seat and create and send your own great looking emails in-house. Once your bespoke email template has been created, you can easily add your own content, select your recipients and schedule delivery in your own time.

Preview the email as you build it

Our live editor allows you to see their email as you build it. You can add your own text and images to your template and even change the order any items might appear. The moment you add your own content we’ll automatically save a draft so you can come back and finish it later.

Pick a template, any template

You might have a template for media releases and another for the monthly newsletter – it’s completely up to you. Once the templates have been designed, you can simply select which template you’d like to use and add your own content. View our EmailTool template gallery.

Complete sender control

You can use specify your own ‘from name’ and email address, so the email always looks like it comes from you. You can also select your own subject and which email address any replies should be forwarded to. We take all the messy work out of the equation by processing any bounces and unsubscribes for you automatically.

Send now or schedule for later

What about my existing email lists?

We have relationships with major ISPs like AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo! and many more that mean our email servers are ‘whitelisted’ and recognized as legitimate senders of bulk email. This means that your campaigns have a much greater chance of being reaching their target, rather than ending up in the spam filter. These relationships are cemented by our strict Anti-Spam policy (Detailed below). In brief, our view on spam is: Spam is any email you send to someone who hasn’t given you their direct permission to contact them on the topic of the email. Your existing email lists can be used on our Email Marketing Tool only if they comply with the guidelines detailed in the Anti-Spam Policy below, and are easily imported via a CSV file (Excel) or plain text file.

Our opens over time report makes it so easy for you to see who opened their email and when. You can even check out how many times each recipient opened it to find out who their most interested subscribers are. You can even drill down to a minute by minute account of who checked out their email.

Who clicked a link?

Our link activity report makes it easy to see which links in you email were most popular, as well as which recipients clicked. This makes it so easy for you to identify what your recipients are interested in, as well as the opportunity to follow up on more qualified leads.

Right down to the nitty gritty

Our recipient activity report lets you get down to some serious detail on their campaign. Easily see who opened, who clicked, who bounced and who unsubscribed. You can even search for a specific subscriber to see exactly what they did with the email.

Our Anti-Spam Policy: Permission-based Email Newsletters

There’s nothing more frustrating than sending off a big campaign and it ending up in the recipients spam folder. Equally, there is nothing worse than receiving an inbox full of spam. We go to great lengths to ensure you can rely on us to get your emails delivered, this includes operating a strict anti-spam policy.

In brief, our view on spam is:

Spam is any email you send to someone who hasn’t given you their direct permission to contact them on the topic of the email.

The type of permission you MUST have

You can only email subscribers if you obtained their permission in any of the following ways:

  • They opted in via your web site
  • They completed an offline form and indicated they wanted to be emailed
  • They gave you their business card and indicated they wanted to be emailed

Scenarios that DON’T equate to permission

Basically, anything outside the examples above doesn’t equal permission in our eyes, but here are some examples to make sure we’re crystal clear:

  • You obtained the email addresses from a third party
  • You scraped or “copy and pasted” the addresses from the Internet
  • You haven’t emailed that address for more than 2 years
  • You have some customer addresses, but they didn’t specifically request to be emailed

Permission based Email Newsletters work

Getting people to sign up for permission e-mails may be difficult, but the effort is worth it as customers become more accustomed to offers from companies they trust and seem to appreciate the relationship. No less than 84% of customers surveyed in the Epsilon Branding Survey (Feb 2009) said they like receiving email from companies with whom they register, because even if they don’t always read the message, it’s good to know the information or offer will be there when they’re ready. Our servers have been whitelisted

All of our delivery servers have been whitelisted by many of the larger ISP’s, including AOL and Yahoo! Our servers are also integrated into the spam reporting systems for other large ISP’s such as Hotmail and MSN. These arrangements ensure the best chance of your emails being delivered and also allow us to keep any sender not following best practice off our servers.

We monitor blacklists daily

Our systems monitor hundreds of the most common blacklists each and every day. If a server is ever listed (and it can happen to even the most well behaved permission based email servers), we remove it from our delivery cluster immediately and resolve the issue.

Human approvals (yes, real humans)

Until you have been approved, every large campaign is reviewed by our team before it can be delivered. Any potentially spammy emails are promptly removed and further action taken. Our team also verifies all large lists imported and ensure they comply with our strict anti-spam and permission policy.

Unsubscribe links in every email newsletter

Any email newsletter must contain a single-click unsubscribe link allowing any subscribers to remove themselves quickly and easily.

Per email cost

Our charge for each email campaign is just £3.00 plus 1.2p per recipient. Let’s say your email database contained 4,000 recipients: £3 delivery fee 4,000 x 1.2p = £48.00 Total: £51.00 * To allow you to test your campaigns whilst you familiarise yourself with our Email Marketing Tool, any campaigns sent to 5 people or less are free.
