Veho Genie launches new B2B website

BFI have had a long-standing relationship with Veho Solutions, having developed their management software – Veho Genie. Veho Genie is a cloud-based system that allows organisations to manage, schedule, pay and communicate with their team. The client wanted to make the software available to third parties and approached us to help develop white label versions. In addition, they needed a new B2B website to promote this new initiative. This would inform prospective clients in four industry sectors – travel and logistics, events and hospitality, ambulance and security.


Working in tandem with Veho’s marketing director – Tom Bowen – BFI were given a creative freehold from the offset. Tom expressed the need for a clear narrative, clean design and simple visual sign posts. This new B2B website needed to appeal to the four industry sectors and explain simply how the software could benefit day to day operations. Furthermore, we were to include a library of tutorial videos, pricing structures and clear calls to action throughout. Ultimately, we were to create a strong visual language which would transfer through to all aspects of Veho’s operations.

Working closely with the client, BFI proofed a new design and developed a new UI icon set. This was to influence the Veho Genie app and set the ball rolling in re-designing the Veho Solutions parent site. Once the client signed these elements off, our development team put together the new website and launched early this year. We also refreshed the Veho website later on.
